All rides subject to cancellation at short notice or no notice at all. We reserve the right to refuse service at anytime for any reason. Drivers do not carry cash.

Xpress Shuttle Services is not liable for loss of items and it is the riders responsibility to reclaim those items at a later date. IF item is needed to be returned immediately, Rider will pay $150.00 for driver to meet rider.

Rider may travel with 1 full size suitcase or bag and 1 carry on. Excessive baggage will constitute an excessive baggage fee of $25 per bag. Emotional Support Animals must be documented and will ride for free. Undocumented animals, the owner will be charged a $25.00 pert fee.

Rides cancelled within 12 hours of departure will not be refunded. Rides longer than 12 hours cancellation will be fully refunded within 3 business days.

Rider “no show” will forfit fare. Driver will make every attempt to contact rider in addition to waiting a period of 15 minutes after agreed pick up time. At that point is rider is a “no show” the driver will leave and ride will not be refunded
